Description

1-(9H-Carbazol-4-Yloxy)-3-(1-Fluoropropan-2-Ylamino)Propan-2-Ol is a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent that binds to β adrenergic receptors. This drug has been shown in vitro to bind to β adrenergic receptors and, as a result, can be used for the diagnosis of cardiac diseases. 1-(9H-Carbazol-4-Yloxy)-3-(1-Fluoropropan-2-Ylamino)Propan-2-Ol is also used in vivo studies for the detection of efflux pump activity and neurotransmission.
