Description:
4-(4-Cyclohexyl-2-Methyl-1,3-Oxazol-5-Yl)-2-Fluorobenzenesulfonamide is a pyrimidine analogue that has been shown to possess anticancer properties. It is metabolized in the body through two pathways: oxidative metabolism by cytochrome P450 enzymes or hydrolysis by esterases or glucuronidases. The 4-(4-cyclohexyl-2-methyl-1,3-oxazol 5 yl)-2 fluorobenzenesulfonamide has been shown to have an effect on bowel disease and metabolic disorders by repairing the damaged DNA. This drug also has been shown to be effective in repairing symptoms of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory bowel disease.
