(3E)-N,N-Dimethyl-3-[2-(Trifluoromethyl)Thioxanthen-9-Ylidene]Propan-1-Amine Chloride is a chlorinated substituted thioxanthene. It is used as an analog of clozapine, with similar but not identical effects. The cytotoxicity of (3E)-N,N-Dimethyl-3-[2-(Trifluoromethyl)Thioxanthen-9-Ylidene]Propan-1-Amine Chloride to rat liver cells in vitro was higher than that of clozapine or other analogs. The mechanism of action may be due to the ability of (3E)-N,N-Dimethyl-3-[2-(Trifluoromethyl)Thioxanthen-9-Ylidene]Propan-1-Amine Chloride
