1,7-Dichloro-2,6-Bis(Chloro-Difluoromethyl)-1,1,7,7-Tetrafluoro-4-Hydroxyiminoheptane-2,6-Diol is a drug that can be used to treat cancer. This drug inhibits the membrane transporters Pgp and MRP1 by binding to these proteins. 1,7-Dichloro-2,6-Bis(Chloro-Difluoromethyl)-1,1,7,7-Tetrafluoro-4-Hydroxyiminoheptane-2,6 -Diol has been shown to increase the uptake of chemotherapeutic drugs in prostate cancer cells.
