4,5-Dihydro-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-8-[[5-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-2-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]amino]-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-h]quinazoline-3-carb oxamide is a drug for the treatment of pediatric cancer. This compound is a synthetic HDAC inhibitor that has been shown to sensitize tumor cells to radiation and chemotherapeutic drugs.
