Description

2-(1,3-Dioxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-yl)succinic acid is a stabilizer that can be used in the manufacturing of fatty acids. It is extracted manually and has surfactant properties. 2-(1,3-Dioxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-yl)succinic acid stabilizes lipoxygenase by preventing the formation of peroxide products. It also inhibits asparagine and catalyzes amino acid sequences. The 2-(1,3-Dioxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-)succinic acid is able to stabilize detergent compositions through its ability to bind with phosphates and other anions. This product encompasses a sequence that is trackable and allows for detergent composition stabilization.
