Product Information
Dibenzyl chloromethyl phosphate (DBCMP) is a pyrrole-based molecule that has been reported to have anti-cancer properties. It can be used as an immunosuppressant and antifungal drug. In vitro assays have shown that DBCMP inhibits the proliferation of lymphocytic leukemia cells and human cancer cells, including breast cancer, lung cancer, and prostate cancer. DBCMP stimulates the immune system by activating T cells in the immune system and increasing their ability to produce antibodies. This drug also has a positive effect on autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis by inhibiting the production of cytokines such as IL-6 and TNF-α. DBCMP is also a nucleophile that reacts with aziridine to form a quinoline derivative that can inhibit protein synthesis in bacteria.
