Description:
Diethyl 6-carbethoxy-5-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-2-yl phosphorothioate is a sample preparation agent that is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of other compounds. This compound was found to be genotoxic and induced synergic effects with other drugs. It also has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on mitochondrial cytochrome P450s and to produce physiological effects such as enzyme activities and kinetic energy. The wild-type strain of this compound has been determined by structural analysis and trajectory experiments.
