Description:
3,6-Di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridazine is an organic compound that belongs to the class of 2-aminoterephthalic acid. It is a fluorescent molecule with a long decay lifetime and has been shown to form supramolecular aggregates in solution. 3,6-Di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridazine has been shown to bind chloride ions and hydrogen bonding interactions are also present between this molecule and chloride ions. This compound is stable at room temperature and can be used as a sustainable alternative to traditional dyes. 3,6-Di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridazine has been shown to have antiinflammatory properties by inhibiting the production of cytokines such as IL4, IL5, IL10, IL13, TNFα, IFNγ and GMCSF.
