3,6-Di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridazine is an organic compound that belongs to the class of 2-aminoterephthalic acid. It is a fluorescent molecule with a long decay lifetime and has been shown to form supramolecular aggregates in solution. 3,6-Di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridazine has been shown to bind chloride ions and hydrogen bonding interactions are also present between this molecule and chloride ions.
