It can be analyzed using dispersive solid-phase extraction or liquid chromatography with a UV detector. This chemical has been shown to have an electrochemical data in the range of -0.04 V to -0.10 V vs Ag/AgCl reference electrode at pH 7 and 25 °C (pH 4). The compounds may have matrix effects when used in pharmaceutical preparations because they are glycol esters.
