1,2-Dioleoyl-3-linoleoyl-rac-glycerol is a fatty acid that has been isolated from Ganoderma lucidum. It is a chromatographic stationary phase for the analysis of toluene, naphthalene and o-xylene. This compound has an inhibitory effect on tumor cells and may be due to its ability to activate toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). 1,2-Dioleoyl-3-linoleoyl-rac-glycerol activates TLR4 by binding to its extracellular domain. The activation of TLR4 leads to the production of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines such as IL6 and CCL5, which are expressed in cancerous tissue. These molecules have been shown to promote tumor growth and invasion.
1,2 Dioleoyl 3 Linoleoyl Rac Glycerol is also found in high concentrations in g
