(-)-2,3-O-Isopropylidene-2,3,-dihydroxy-1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane is an enantiopure palladium complex that catalyzes a cross-coupling reaction between a chloride and a diphosphine. The resulting product is an imine. This complex also has antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium avium.
