Description

Disperse Blue 3 - Technical is a dye that is used in vitro to stain DNA duplexes. It is also used to measure the binding of reactive fatty acids, fatty acid esters and other chemical species to activated surfaces. Disperse Blue 3 - Technical is used as a fluorescent dye in flow cytometry, confocal microscopy and surface methodology. It has been shown to react with the methyl ethyl group on dna duplexes and can be used for analytical methods such as surface methodology.
