Product Information
- Quinazoline, 4,7-dichloro-
4,7-Dichloroquinazoline is a reactive compound that can be used as a reactant in the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. The product of this reaction is an epidermal growth factor (EGF). 4,7-Dichloroquinazoline has been shown to stimulate the production of EGF by wild-type EGFR cells and tyrosine kinase. This compound also inhibits phosphatases and hydrogen bonding interactions with proteins.
