Product Information
DiMethyl(4-Methoxyphenyl)silanol is a catalytic, unsymmetrical, activated molecule used in palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. It is a ligand that can be used to activate and catalyze the reaction between aryl halides with organometallic reagents such as molybdenum or ethylene. This molecule has been shown to undergo cross-coupling reactions with triphenylphosphine oxide and metathesis reactions. The kinetic of these reactions are determined by the concentration of phosphines and ligands. DiMethyl(4-Methoxyphenyl)silanol has also been shown to undergo palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions.
