3'-Dehydrolutein is a naturally occurring carotenoid found in the leaves of the sea beet. It is a dietary supplement that can be used to prevent and treat lipid oxidation, as it has been shown to have antioxidant properties. 3'-Dehydrolutein has been shown to have uptake in fatty tissues following oral administration.
