Description:
Dipropyl sulfate is a chemical compound that belongs to the group of aromatic hydrocarbons. It is used in organic synthesis as an acid acceptor, but also reacts with amines, chlorides, and hydrogen chloride to form dipropyl sulfonic acids. These reactions are used in the detection of cervical cancer cells by using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
