3-Dehydrotrametenolic acid (3DTA) is a natural product that has been shown to have significant effects in the treatment of cancer. 3DTA binds to the enzyme glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), which is involved in glycolysis, and inhibits its activity.
