Diethoxy(methyl)phenylsilane is a hydrochloric acid-soluble molecule that can be used as a crosslinker. It has reactive properties and is suitable for coatings with light exposure. Diethoxy(methyl)phenylsilane reacts with boron nitride to form an amorphous structure and has been shown to react with fatty acids, hydroxyl groups, and hydroxy groups. This chemical can be used in the synthesis of polymers and coatings as well as in the production of monocarboxylic acids.
