Product Information
2,6-Difluoro-3-Methoxyaniline is a probe that can be used to detect biomolecules in a biological system. The probe is chemically stable and has been shown to react with azide groups, which are common in biomolecules. This reaction can be induced by light of the appropriate wavelength, which causes the probe to fluoresce. 2,6-Difluoro-3-Methoxyaniline is also able to react with alkyne groups and it will fluoresce when reacted with a staudinger reagent. 2,6-Difluoro-3-Methoxyaniline is an endogenous fluorescent probe and can be used for chemical biology studies for the detection of biomolecules that are not labeled with fluorescent tags.
