Description:
5,6-Difluoro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole is a transduction agent that belongs to the group of mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase activators. It has been shown to be functional in human cells and to activate the MAP kinase pathway. 5,6-Difluoro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole has also been shown to have antiinflammatory effects in an animal model of pulmonary inflammation. This drug is being developed for use in diseases such as asthma and COPD.
