Description:
3-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridin-3-amine is a synthetic pyrazole that potentiates the effects of glutamate. It has been shown to have an amide profile and has been shown to be a potent antagonist of the NMDA receptor. 3CFPP binds to the glutamate receptor subtype and allosterically modulates it. 3CFPP has not yet been tested in preclinical studies, but has been shown to act as an allosteric modulator in other receptors.
