3-Ethylaniline is a reactive amine that reacts with many chemical compounds. It has been shown to react with hydrogen bond acceptors such as water, alcohols, and carboxylic acids. 3-Ethylaniline is commonly used as a solvent for resins, paint thinners, and other organic solvents.
