Estradiolbis[4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]benzeneacetate] is a prodrug of estradiol that has been shown to have anticancer activity. It has been demonstrated that, in Sprague-Dawley rats, estradiolbis[4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]benzeneacetate] inhibits the growth of breast cancer cells and induces death protein (p53). The molecular modeling studies show that estradiolbis[4-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]benzeneacetate] binds to the ATP binding site on the enzyme malic acid pyrophosphatase. This binding prevents the formation of an active complex between malic acid and ATP, leading to cell death. This drug also showed anticancer activity in mice with lymphocytic leukemia (LLC), but not in low doses. Estradiolbis[4-[bis(
