Estriol 3-glucosiduronate is a form of estriol that is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is a dry powder that elutes at 3 minutes and has a transport rate of 0.1 cm/min in sephadex g-100. Estriol 3-glucosiduronate can be synthesized by reacting estradiol with glucuronic acid and reacting with triethylamine solution. The molecule has shown to have anti-tumor effects in sarcoma cell lines, as well as being an ATP-dependent transporter.
