Product Information
- Borane, Ethenyldifluoro-
- Difluoro(vinyl)borane
- Vinyldifluoroborane
Ethenyldifluoro-Borane is an organometallic compound that can be used to prepare a variety of organic compounds. It has low toxicity, and can be used in the gas phase or liquid phase. This compound reacts with halides at temperatures between -20 °C and 100 °C to form volatile products, such as fluorine, which are often used in organic synthesis. The molecule contains one vinyl group and two fluorine atoms connected by a triple bond. The NMR spectra show that the trifluoride (CF3) group is a dipole, which allows the molecule to rotate freely.
Ethenyldifluoro-Borane has a vibrational frequency of 1150 cm-1, and its gaseous molecules have a wavelength of about 30 nm. Covid-19 is an influenza virus that was first isolated from swine in 1998 during the pandemic of influenza A (H1N1).
