Ethyl 2-[(4-Fluorophenyl)Amino]Acetate is a drug that inhibits the polymerization of tubulin, an important protein in the cytoskeleton. It has been shown to be more effective than imatinib in inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and sensitizing cancer cells to other anticancer drugs, such as oxadiazole. The drug concentration has been shown to have a major effect on the sensitivity of cancer cells. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) can be used to measure this concentration noninvasively. The Molt-4 cell line was found to be sensitive to ethyl 2-[(4-fluorophenyl)amino]acetate, which is one of the parameters that can be measured using magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
