Description:
1-Ethoxy-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluoro-2-(Trifluoromethyl)Prop-1-Ene is a fluorocarbon that is used as a solvent for various chemical reactions. It has been shown to react with sulfuric acid and aluminum to produce hydrogen gas. This product also reacts with chlorides and ethers to produce hydrogen chloride and ether respectively. 1-Ethoxy-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluoro-2-(Trifluoromethyl)Prop-1-Ene is used as a precursor in the synthesis of other fluorinated compounds.
