Description:
2-Fluoro-5-methylaniline is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of receptors and enzymes that are involved in inflammatory processes, such as cytokines and cyclooxygenases. 2-Fluoro-5-methylaniline inhibits the enzyme tyrosine kinase, which is important for cell proliferation. This compound may be useful for treatment of cancer or inflammatory diseases. The compound is an inhibitor with potent inhibition activity against cells that have high levels of receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK).
