Description:
1-(4-Fluorophenyl)-4-(1,4,5,6-Tetrahydroazepino[4,5-b]Indol-3(2H)-Yl)-1-Butanone is a butyrophenone antipsychotic that has been shown to have potent antagonistic effects against clozapine. It is metabolized through the cytochrome P450 system and has an intraperitoneal LD50 of 2.2 mg/kg in rats. 1-(4-Fluorophenyl)-4-(1,4,5,6-Tetrahydroazepino[4,5-b]Indol-3(2H)-Yl)-1-Butanone has been clinically studied to see if it can be used as an antipsychotic agent.
