4-(4-Fluorophenyl)-7-[[[5-[(1S)-1-hydroxy-1-(trifluoromethyl)propyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl]amino]methyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one is a coumarin derivative that is used as an antiinflammatory drug. It inhibits the cyclooxygenase enzymes COX and 5LOX, which are responsible for the production of prostaglandins. This drug also has antiinflammatory effects on bowel disease and may be effective against cancer and magnesium salt. 4-(4-Fluorophenyl)-7-[(5-[(1S)-1hydroxypropyl]-1,3,4oxadiazol-2yl)amino]methyl]-2H-1benzopyranone is a solid dispersion with redox properties.
