Flucarbazone sodium is a pyrimidine compound that belongs to the class of pyrazole compounds. It has high resistance and can be used as an analytical reagent for determining the concentration of pyraclostrobin in agricultural products by dispersive solid-phase extraction. Flucarbazone sodium's effective dose is 0.1 mg/kg body weight, which is useful for animal health. The analytical chemistry methods that have been developed are GC-MS and HPLC, both of which use fatty acid as an internal standard. Flucarbazone sodium also inhibits transcriptional regulation by binding to the promoter region of genes encoding enzymes involved in fatty acid synthesis and inhibiting their transcription.
