Description:

O3-[2-[(4-Fluorophenyl)Methyl-Methylamino]Ethyl] O5-Propan-2 is a pharmacological agent that has been shown to have cardiac effects in mice. It is an inhibitor of the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), which regulates cAMP levels and leads to increased cardiac contractility. The compound also has haemodynamic effects, such as increasing the glomerular filtration rate and sodium dependent glucose uptake, and it can improve ventricular function in rats with heart failure.
