Description

Flecainide is a drug that belongs to the class of potassium channel blockers and is used in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. Flecainide has been shown to increase transcriptional regulation and gene expression, as well as alter the activity of other enzymes, such as glycosyltransferases. Flecainide also inhibits demethylation and chromatographic methods, which are necessary for the synthesis of oligosaccharides.
