Description:
2-(4-flurorphenyl)-indole is a trialkylborane that can be used in the cross-coupling reaction to make styrene. It reacts with a carbanion, peroxide, butyllithium, and nucleophilic alkylating agents to form substituted products. 2-(4-flurorophenyl)-indole has been shown to have high reactivity in the presence of hydrogen peroxide.
