Product Information
- Fmoc-D-Phe-Wang resin
Fmoc-D-phenylalanine 4-alkoxybenzyl alcohol resin is a stable, non-radioactive positron emitting probe for the imaging of receptor agonist binding. It is an affinity label for the detection of bradykinin and other peptides in mouse plasma. Fmoc-D-phenylalanine 4-alkoxybenzyl alcohol resin has been shown to have a biodistribution in mice that is similar to that of the non-targeted probe, BODIPY, and both are taken up by the liver. The emission from this compound is mediated by its electron spin polarization, which can be detected with a positron emission tomography (PET) scanner.
