N-α-Fmoc-Nim-methyl-L-histidine is a synthetic amino acid that has potent effects on angiotensin, an important factor in the regulation of blood pressure. It can be used to regulate the l-type calcium channel and lower extracellular calcium levels. This compound was shown to have beneficial effects on the rats' heart muscle and blood vessels.
