Description

Fmoc-D-Phenylglycinol is a synthetic, natural polyphenolic compound that has been shown to have antioxidant and anticancer properties. It has been found to inhibit autophagy and induce apoptosis in A549 cells. Fmoc-D-Phenylglycinol also inhibits dopamine production in fetal bovine brain cells (FBB). This product is poorly absorbed when orally administered and can be used as an antimicrobial agent. Fmoc-D-Phenylglycinol is acidic, which makes it potent antagonist to hydrogen bonds.
