Description:
3-Fluoro-4-trifluoromethylbenzoyl chloride is a synthetic compound with a distal, hydrophobic, and chloride functional group. It is used as a reagent for the chlorination of benzene derivatives. 3-Fluoro-4-trifluoromethylbenzoyl chloride has been shown to be virulent in the amide assay against proliferator activated receptors (PPARs) and phenylpropanoic acid. It has also been shown to have high receptor selectivity for PPARα and PPARγ.
