Description:
7-Fluoro-N,N-Dimethyl-2,1,3-Benzoxadiazole-4-Sulfonamide is a reactive endogenous compound that is formed by the reaction of tryptophan with trifluoroacetic acid. It has been shown to have a high detection sensitivity for cancer cells in urine samples. 7FDMS is also an inhibitor of cefpodoxime proxetil binding and this inhibition has been shown to be competitive with amines such as dopamine and serotonin.
