Description

Gynostemma P.E. is a saponin extract that has been shown to have anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo. It inhibits tumor cell growth by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells. Gynostemma P.E. also has potent anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis, as well as inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6.
