Product Information
Glofitamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds to both CD20 and CD3 surface antigens found on B- and T-cells, respectively. It has a 2:1 configuration, with bivalency towards CD20 and monovalency towards CD3. By binding to both CD20 and CD3, it creates an immunological synapse that serves to recruit T-cells to CD20-expressing B-cells. This leads to T-cell activation and proliferation, secretion of cytokines, and the lysis of CD20-expressing B cells even under low effector-to-target cell ratios. Glofitamab is used for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
