Description:

Glafenine is a combination preparation containing glafenine and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It has been shown to reduce pain, swelling, and stiffness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Glafenine also has been shown to be effective in vitro against various bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Proteus mirabilis. Glafenine is used as an experimental model for bowel disease, allergic symptoms, and toxicological studies. Glafenine has also been shown to have prophylactic effects on septic shock in animal models.
