Description

Gly-Thr-OH is a cyclic peptide that is the product of a synthetic gene. This peptide has been shown to inhibit protein synthesis in target cells and to inhibit cancer cell growth. It also disrupts the normal function of a number of biomolecules, including DNA replication and transcription. Gly-Thr-OH has been shown to bind to dna and RNA, and may have potential as an anti-cancer drug.
