Description

H-Gln(Trt)-2-Chlorotrityl Resin is used to study the structure of membrane proteins. It is a synthetic polymer that consists of two p-chlorotrityl groups and two H-gln(trt) groups attached to a polystyrene backbone. H-Gln(Trt)-2-Chlorotrityl Resin is used in efflux studies with caco-2 cells, which are cells that line the small intestine and colon.
