Description

(R,Z)-12-Hydroxyoctadec-9-enoic acid is a natural product that belongs to the group of antimicrobial agents. It inhibits bacterial translocation by binding to ester linkages on the surface of the bacterial cell wall, preventing the entrance of bacteria into host cells.
