Description

17-Hydroxy-6-methylpregna-4,6-diene-3,20-dione is a progestin that is used as an antiretroviral agent in the treatment of HIV. It has been shown to be effective for chronic cough and cancer. 17-Hydroxy-6-methylpregna-4,6-diene-3,20-dione can be used for the treatment of infectious diseases such as HIV by inhibiting viral replication and reducing the amount of virus in the blood. This drug can also be used to treat some cancers and solid tumours.
