Description:

Hexafluoroglutaric anhydride is a solvent that is used in the production of perfluorinated, fluoroalkyl, and supercritical particles. It has been shown to chelate metal ions and can be used as a functional group for c1-6 alkyl chains. Hexafluoroglutaric anhydride is also used in the synthesis of sulfonic acids, which are active substances with magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Hexafluoroglutaric anhydride has been shown to have high reactivity with hydroxyl groups and triazine rings. This product can be used in the manufacture of drugs such as antipsychotics, antidepressants, and antiepileptics.
