Product Information
1H-Indole-3-amine is a fluorescent compound that can be detected using a fluorescence detector. The locomotor activity of mice and the hippocampal formation in rats have been shown to be decreased by 1H-indole-3-amine. It has also been shown to inhibit dopamine production, which may be due to its structural analysis of the dopamine receptor. 1H-Indole-3-amine has been shown to have bowel disease inhibitory effects, as well as enzyme inhibitors for leukemia inhibitory factor and ido1 inhibitor, and is also a model system for studying biological properties such as mitochondrial membrane potential and autoimmune diseases. Titration calorimetry has been used to establish polymerase chain reaction (PCR) conditions for the amplification of DNA from 1H-indole-3-amine with primers.
