5-Isothiocyanato-1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene is a novel compound with antiinflammatory and anticancer properties. It is an acidic molecule that inhibits the tyrosine kinase activity of 5-HT1A receptor. The production of dopamine in cancer cells leads to the stimulation of ovary syndrome cells, which causes increased levels of estrogen. This agent has been shown to be effective against polycystic ovary syndrome and resistant enterobacter. 5-Isothiocyanato-1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene has also been shown to have antiinflammatory activity in women.
